History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Great was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Great's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Hethress took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up lance and armor she uses now. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
