History: Nim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Nim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Dworic was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Kava was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kava fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: He usually wears his blue robe and has his bastard sword always slung over his shoulder. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker blue hat.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Theriatis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Flogg is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Flogg was born with his father's beautiful face. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and many drow want him driven away
