History: Born to a Painter, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Ulla speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

She wears dark leathers with embroidery. She has done her best to style her auburn hair to look like a famous performer. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Server they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Tanner, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a tanner and was forced into it by her family
