History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Pallabar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Pallabar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Sellsword. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
