History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Gnome Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: Ethereal lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Ethereal and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and doesn't want to be a crown-heir and was forced into it by her family

Personality: Nogu wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Nogu is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
