History: The child of a Herbalist, who enjoyed hunting, Arnold was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He has worked as a Dilettante like his father before him.

Personality: Vaina is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
