History: Ovak lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sarai embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Sarai and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and wants to work out more often

She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Architect but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alice grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fisher.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Gunnloda abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and sabotage a competitor
