Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Born in the south to a Detective, John learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This tall, slender man wears tattered old clothes. His blue crest is singed and shortened. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: This woman is dressed in an above average manner. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She keeps her long purple hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are black.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Manea was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: She has the majority of her body covered in plate. She carries with her a set of greataxes on her belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. She has dyed her greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Fortune-teller born in the past three hundred years. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She found a children's book about a Elf Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She struck the Fortune-teller job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his flail, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His blonde hair is cut short. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
