Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He found a children's book about a Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
