Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a worn and beaten armor, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He has shaved his head bald. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He takes great joy in being the best Marshal in town.
History: Born in the south to a Marshal, Ribbles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To be a Butcher again; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Description: An older man who has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his tan robe, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. His amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Theodoric was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His hair is black and very short. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is typically in her Locksmith uniform. She has slicked back silver hair. Her half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Ilde took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortbow and armor she uses now. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
