After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He wears tattered old clothes. He is physically well-built. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She wears a violet shirt with thin yellow vertical stripes and black pants. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She has a long brown ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Matilda was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Priest. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Caelynn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others.
