Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She has wavy silver hair. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Cumpen took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and tiefling compassion

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a black tunic with brown highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes. His crest is cut close to his head. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Donaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her silver hair is still thick. She has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a violet feather.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Therlin was born with her father's beautiful face. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and revenge

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She has slicked back chestnut hair. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shaena embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shaena was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Shaena and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
