Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'7" when asserting himself. He sports a flattop crest cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears pastel painted combat armor at almost all times. His brown fur is long and unkept. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Fragrant is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Fragrant lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a hunter and was forced into it by his family

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She has a large violet mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe. She has slicked back black hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Matilda speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Matilda is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her first spouse was a Healer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His skin is flawless and his gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'6" and dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her hair is long and auburn with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small black clips. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and to find somewhere to settle down
