Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Alice liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. Her red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Ar-Gul and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. Her skin is dark but she possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her hair is long and chestnut with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Marastyr fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a black costume with the symbols of strength on his torso, and is pretty ugly. His rusty crest is unkempt and raggedy. He has red eyes and a black hat with a red feather.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Dazzazn was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
