History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Orla was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Orla's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to end her boredom

Her eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the south to a Glassblower, Maegan learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.
