Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Halimath was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.
