Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sellsword who has hired him part-time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a Bookbinder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Bookbinder; and he's attracted to the pc

Description: 4'8" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her brown fur, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and to unite with her brother

Description: She stands about 2'9" and wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He has no hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Gifted from a young age, Zepar studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zepar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zepar. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
