History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Chem learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her silver hair is wavy and long. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. The war was a terrible time for her, and Balifra does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Balifra and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She is fixated on the number 49. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Dariff hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her auburn hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Faral was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Merchant. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
