History: Gildmak hails from a village terrorized by giants. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Qualen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Theriatis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants him found
