History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jacoba was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Tippletoe is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
