Description: An older woman who typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull brown iron scale mail, she is not a threatening figure. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. Her skin is flawless and her gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Mastema was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Artin reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Andry's homeland. Andry decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is greedy

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent father
