Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born in a small desert village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Fistula took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scimitar and armor she uses now. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is dressed in earthy colors with a black and grey handkerchief worn on her right side. She wears her green crest up. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Gilkass was born the youngest of three triplets. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He very much looks the part of a Layabout. His brown hair is cut short. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to find somewhere to settle down
