History: Born to a Servant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lamlis embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy.

More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Anselm was born the youngest of three triplets. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
