Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her long black hair reaches down to her waist. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 39. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a Butcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Painter and was forced into it by his family.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a yellow vest and prefers white and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has brown hair. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born in the south. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: Kriv speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a brown coat. Her auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The war was a terrible time for her, and Balifra does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Balifra was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
