Personality: Oppleby is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bather business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Oppleby was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bather. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he feels kind of lost in life

She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She has done her best to style her white hair to look like a famous performer. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she's repulsed by the pc

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Cartwright. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Mijira was born the youngest of three triplets. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
