Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Balam is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balam grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Arnold was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Barrister like his father before him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he's looking for his big break
