History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Baern took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has worked as a Bellfounder like his mother before him.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.
