History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ulla was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Junk Dealer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
