Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, black shirt, and yellow tie. His red hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Bernard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Brewer like his mother before him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her first spouse was a Mercenary, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Hunter. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She got into the Hunter business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a black costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Dazzazn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Dazzazn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: She got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Shadow alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She struck the Bellfounder job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She wants revenge against brigands.
