Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Williamina enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the south to a Fisher, Williamina learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills.
