He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Windy's homeland. Windy decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. After a long history of fighting, Windy and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. The war was a terrible time for her, and Hatae does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Hatae was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She became a Bookbinder soon after.
