When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has achieved small success as a Barkeep.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she wears a robe, a symbol of luck around her neck, and a mace on her belt. She keeps her black hair in a pixie cut. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Slave Trader born in the past three hundred years. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Portia was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. She tends to her Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Nimble was born with his father's beautiful face. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and a deep hatred of illithids

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
