Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a white coat with pastel slacks. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Slave Trader, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born to a Servant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears a white armored body suit, with a simple tan line shooting up and back down. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: A 5'9" northern woman, she is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats. Her silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Shax took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arumawann's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Arumawann liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and retire the richest man in the west
