Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Fragrant was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fragrant fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears just a green suit. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines silver.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and carries longswords. His purple hair is braided into rings. His eyes are likewise gold. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'6" when asserting herself. Her hair is brown and very short. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Architect. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears bulky green painted plate armor. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. This silver eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Paymon was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bookbinder. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business
