Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around her ears. She has violet eyes and a tan hat with a blue feather.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Phann lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is physically well-built. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ashgarn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Ashgarn reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has done her best to style her black fur to look like a famous performer. She has copper eyes and a pastel hat with a yellow feather.
Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Pelt hails from a village terrorized by giants. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting giants, the young Pelt began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 5'5". He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat, and his gloved hand is found clutching a nunchaku. He sports a flattop hair cut. His red eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thamuz fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To be a Spice Merchant again.

Description: She dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, and she perpetually has her pickaxe ready. Her hair is dark red and very short. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. A true patriot, Seddit would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Seddit reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
