Outside of the suit he wears baggy brown pantaloons and a tan scarf. His yellow fur is heavily combed to the left. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Elegant is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Elegant grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Elegant. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ur-Lisak was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Junk Dealer job and began his own company from there.
