History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Heather was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Detective. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
