History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
