Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Burgell will drive conversation. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
