She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. Silaqui enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. He tends to his Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Animal Trainer and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She has shaved her head bald. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Rosamund was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Rosamund liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and many dire rats want him driven away
