Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Wiggan was taken on many hunting expeditions. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Felosial was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Felosial decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Baker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
