History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Mara reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She carries with her a set of lances on her belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. She wears her chestnut hair up. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Reddlepop alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reddlepop fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Scribe. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
