History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Merihim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Merihim. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Liftrasa never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
