History: Ugol was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and balancing his hectic life and new dyer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ar-Baruk will drive conversation. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Now he works as a poetry tutor during his time off.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Tyna is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Tyna learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
