Description: This woman is very fat, and wears baggy violet pantaloons and a red scarf. Her blonde hair is thinning but still full. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Juliana was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Juliana's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Fisher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
