Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Cloak was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cloak decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
