History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents enrolled her in a Fighter school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

He has moderate length golden hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and money/treasure

Description: A 6'3" western man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He sports a flattop crest cut. He has gold eyes and a black hat with a tan feather.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Quarethon was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
