History: She comes from a rich southern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Through the years after Rose was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
