The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This southern woman is abnormally tall. She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length chestnut hair. Her half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Verna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
