Description: This northern man is wearing a tight violet one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has moderate length auburn hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Thervan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Thervan was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Animal Trainer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His white eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She has done her best to style her blonde hair to look like a famous performer. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by her family

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'0". He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Bucklal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: She hates Tieflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.
